I am trying tried to introduce a picture as splash screen in CircleOS and I use your utility. Nice and well done!
I am encountering a problem: Green is changed in blue... (I am using a Primer2, but it should not make any difference). I tried with both a JPG and a BMP, but it does not make any difference.
